Tracey

is a successful business entrepreneur who has been working within the design industry for the last 27 years. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Designers and is the President of the International Association of Style Coaches™. Tracey was the creator of the field of Style Coaching™ and is the original “Style Coach™”. Having worked as a one-to-one Style Coach™ for a substantial number of years, Tracey gained invaluable experience which helped her to further develop the specialisation of Style Coaching™ and later progress to founding the Style Coaching Institute™ – the only Institute of its kind in the world.

As the Master Trainer of the Style Coaching Institute™, Tracey has dedicated herself to the personal and professional development of students all over the globe. Her enchanting and charismatic communication style enables Tracey to provide an engaging and stimulating learning environment and her obvious passion for Style Coaching™ is truly contagious!

Tracey’s commitment to the development of Style Coaching™ is her life’s passion and she co-authors the extensive training material used by the Style Coaching Institute™. She has interviewed on live radio programmes, and has featured in newspaper and magazine articles over the years; she has also produced her own audio CD to further connect with the home study students of Style Coaching™. It can safely be said that Tracey has become an icon to many, not only because of her knowledge of style but for her wonderful personality which exudes the philosophies that Style Coaching™ is all about!

Alongside her expertise in Style Coaching™, Tracey has also studied many forms of personal development and is a Life Coach as well as a licensed NLP practitioner. Tracey is able to incorporate the latest cutting-edge techniques of NLP into her private Style Coaching™ sessions, and has successfully helped countless people to lose weight and stop smoking while working on their overall image and levels of self-esteem.

Tracey is 47 and married to the co-founder of the Institute, Gary Redmond, and together they are the proud parents of two grown-up daughters and proud grand parents to a baby grandson.

Bernie Delaney BA Tr & Ed. MIASC. DIPSC.

Bernie has been helping people to feel better about themselves and improve many aspects of their physical and emotional wellbeing for almost 20 years.

Her initial years were spent as a Nurse, and although her work was truly rewarding, at times Bernie felt disillusioned with general medicine, believing in the wonderful power of complimentary medicine and holistic therapies.  Bernie’s belief in a holistic approach to general wellbeing led to her studying Reflexology, and over the years she helped many clients to experience a better quality of life; from those who have suffered minor depression, anxiety, stress, and other emotional challenges, to those with physical conditions such as Asthma and infertility. Through her work, Bernie became further intrigued by the mind / body link and the feedback she received served to energise her passion for holistic therapies further.

In her Health sector career, Bernie also held the position of Manual Handling Advisor for the Health Service Executive for six years, and in that time developed extensive experience in delivering and designing training workshops to staff at all levels of the HSE, and providing mentoring and motivational assistance to the course participants. Through this role, Bernie rediscovered her first love of teaching, and decided to further her expertise by embarking on a four year BA degree in Training and Education. 

Bernie later enrolled on the Style Coaching™ Diploma Programme and from the perspective of her past experiences, Bernie instantly recognised the intrinsic value of Style Coaching™ and was fascinated with its light-hearted but highly effective holistic philosophies. In her work as a Style Coach™, Bernie has gained a wealth of experience dealing with clients of all age groups and from all walks of life. Bernie delivers large workshops and often hosts large Style Coaching™ events to raise money for well-deserving Irish charities. 

Bernie and fellow Style Coach™, Grainne Smith, together established “xmakeover.ie”, a six week makeover programme for Charity where a number of clients are Style Coached and a high-profile competition is then held for the best “inside and out” makeover. The first of many “reveal” shows was a huge success, with an audience of over 600 people. All monies raised through “xmakeover.ie” are donated to charity with four shows hosted around Ireland each year.  “xmakeover.ie” continues to receive incredible media interest from newspapers and magazines, and Bernie has regular radio interviews for stations around Ireland. This year saw Bernie, and her partner Grainne, make their television debut hosting their life-changing show.

Bernie has become a fantastic member of the Style Coaching™ team and facilitates courses in Dublin and London. She loves interacting with her students, sharing her knowledge and her extensive experience! Bernie has a natural ability to build rapport with people of all ages and from all walks of live, and is praised by her students for her engaging manner, contagious enthusiasm and passion, warm sense of humour, her empathetic nature and her down to earth approach. Bernie is passionate about sharing all of her experiences with Style Coaches™ in training, so that they too can experience the benefits and amazing rewards that Style Coaching™ can bring to peoples’ lives.

Theresa Huang has been in the Beauty industry for the last 27 years. Her initial years have been involved with the training of various levels of staff in the beauty industry. Since 1999, she was the Managing Director of L’Oreal Singapore. Theresa has over those years acquired wide and varied experience in Marketing and Business Development, particularly in the introduction of new brands as well as penetration of new markets with full profit accountability, HR, staff relations and staff development. Her particular strength is in establishing extensive brand representation and effective strategies on increasing market share. She has had considerable exposure to the South East Asian and ASEAN region.

Since early 2007, Theresa has taken her wealth of experience and moved on to provide consultancy services in both distribution of cosmetics and beauty products as well as spa and hospitality services in the region.

Her passion for professionalism in the Beauty and Spa industry together with her strong desire to contribute to achieving high standards in the beauty and wellness industry has led her to establish Urban Beauty Academy, which aims to provide a complete and holistic approach to professional training for beauty and spa therapists, thus the adoption of the tag-line “Defining Beauty Professionals” for her Academy. She believes that this approach will be strongly supported by “Spa-preneurs” and salon owners who are greatly in need of such well trained professional therapists, not forgetting the many individuals, who may be interested in being trained in certain wellness areas just for personal leisure and self fulfilment.

Theresa has trained many management and beauty professionals and has successfully advised on various business development and growth strategies including the injection of new and creative ideas in line with market trends.

With Urban Beauty Academy, Theresa has also been able to assemble a host of well known personalities from hairdresser, to fashion designer, Psychologist just to name a few, to provide the best expertise, wholesome and varied training at the Academy. She hopes that this will provide the required supply of better qualified and well trained therapists for Hair, Beauty & Spa operators, which in turn will raise the bar in the beauty & wellness industry. This will further strengthen our national objective of providing the necessary human resources that will fuel the needs and growth of the tourist industry in Singapore and ASEAN.

Theresa further believes strongly in providing all our “students” with the required “soft-skills” emphasising particularly on customer and client care as well as effective communication skills which are key factors required in attaining excellence in service quality. The training of such skills is also being extended to all in the retail and service sectors of our economy.

As a practitioner, training has been Theresa’s first love. Urban Beauty Academy will provide her the opportunity (together with all the “top gurus”) to share and transmit realistic and effective theoretical and practical know-how to the next generation of wellness & beauty personnel in the industry.

Nicole Taylor is an Accredited ICF Coach and has been involved in the fashion industry for 8 years, helping people look and feel their best as a Sterling Silver Jewelry representative, and more recently as a Licensed Style Coach®. Over the years Nicole has specialized in building relationships with her clients and she has been responsible for recruiting new representatives into her organization and growing her team through coaching and training. She has had a “Love for Style & Passion for Fashion” for as long as she can remember!

Nicole was presented with the Business Developer Award and was chosen to be National Conference Lecturer in 2006 with her topic “How to get Reps Off to a Fast Start from Across the Miles”. In addition, she received the Top Rookie Recruiter Award in 2001, the Career Recruiter Award and the Top Recruiter Award twice.

Nicole has won two National ADDY awards for a national marketing campaign that she spearheaded for a large retail company and has been written up in many respective trade publications, including Empowering Women. She is a member of AWC (Association of Women in Communications) and does fundraising for many charities. Nicole has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of direct sales. Cambridge Who's Who is an exclusive membership organization that recognizes and empowers executives, professionals and entrepreneurs throughout the world. She is also a proud member of Biltmore Who’s Who.

Nicole received her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Management from Southwest Missouri State University in 1991 and she was a Clear Channel Communications account executive for many years. She has worked in many capacities with large retail chains, including co-ordinating and facilitating programs with top level executives. However, her favorite jobs were always Sales, Marketing, Advertising, and working with people!

Her love for coaching and working with people led Nicole to apply for a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior and Coaching through UTD (University of Texas, Dallas.)  Included in the Master’s degree was the ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited Graduate Certificate in Executive & Professional Coaching. While studying, she was instructed to find her niche/speciality within the coaching industry.  Because she was already in the fashion industry and loved it, she chose to stay in that field - that’s when she found Style Coaching®!

Over the past 8 years, she has hosted over 700 fashion events and has met over 10,000 wonderful new women. Through her work she learned that although everyone loves jewelry and accessories, they need and want to know more about how to “put it all together”! Style Coaching® added a whole new dimension to her work as a Sterling Silver Jewelry representative, and enabled her to “Help People Help Themselves!” through understanding the holistic relationship between their inner self-image and their reflection in the mirror.

In her latest venture with the Style Coaching Institute®, Nicole brings together all the extensive expertise and first-hand experience she has gained over the years. This exciting new chapter sees Nicole take her place as the proud pioneer of the “Style Coaching® Tutored Plus Diploma Course” in the United States, and the first ever US-based Home Study Personal Tutor.

Gary Redmond is a co-director of the Style Coaching Institute™ and is also an invaluable member of the Institute’s training team. As a successfully established Therapeutic Counsellor, Life Coach and Business Coach, Gary brings to the Institute a wealth of experience and expertise that can be shared with students throughout their studies and into their careers as Style Coaches™.

Gary is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and is also accredited by the Life and Business Coaching Association of Ireland. He also has extensive experience as a licensed NLP practitioner, and through the use of the latest techniques for change, he specialises in enabling his clients to make powerful changes – fast!

As a strong believer in human potential, with an innate desire to help people to “live the life they deserve” Gary is natural Coach who facilitates students to access their inner resources and start to build their “action muscle” by taking small steps daily towards their goal!

Gary’s indispensable input, together with his warmth and ever-present sense of humour make his training sessions a fun and valuable experience for everyone! His natural and laid-back training style creates a relaxed atmosphere where students can enjoy his ad-lib discussions which offer both profound insights into the psychology of Style Coaching™ and also simple coaching principles which can be applied by practising Style Coaches™ with ease and confidence!

Kate Cutting is the home study manager of the Style Coaching Institute™ and also features as an assistant facilitator on a large number of the tutored courses. Kate also works as a one-to-one International Personal Tutor to Style Coaches™ in training throughout 20 countries worldwide. She has assisted in the successful training and mentoring of just under 500 Style Coaches™ to date and is highly appreciated by her students for her dedication to ensuring that they feel 100% encouraged throughout their learning journey.

Kate’s passion is in communicating and connecting with people wherever they are in the world and her devotion to her students goes far beyond what would be expected. Her belief in the powerful, positive changes that Style Coaching™ promotes fuels her ambition to further the awareness of Style Coaching™ in all its aspects around the world. She also serves as the General Secretary of the International Association of Style Coaches™ and is truly committed to its aims of increasing the awareness, upholding the standards and increasing the availability of Style Coaching™ services to everyone who would benefit from it.

Kate’s previous expertise was as a professional Copy Editor and she now works alongside the founder of the Institute, Tracey Redmond, as the co-author and producer of the Style Coaching Institute™ training material. Kate was responsible for designing the internationally acclaimed Home Study programme of the Style Coaching Institute™ which has been successful in guiding students through the diploma course step-by-step, allowing them to glide through the course of their studies building one new skill on top of the other and enjoying it all the way!
